How to use

There are 2 main ways essential oils aid in health and wellness; through smell and through skin absorption.

Inhalation

Steam inhalations, air purifier, diffuser, cotton ball/handkerchief, scenting a fire or oil burner

Baths

Foot baths, aromatic baths, baths for children, sitz baths (pregnancy, labor & post pregnancy baths)

Massage

Body massage, facial massage, foot massage are all great ways to receive the health benefits from essential oils. Total absorption happens anywhere between 20 minutes and 7 hours.
